Enable migrating from one Baïkal instance to another (e.g., server migration).

Requirements:

Same as generic CalDAV → CalDAV
Test with Baïkal-specific features
Document Baïkal-to-Baïkal setup

Technical Details:

Should already work (Baïkal is standard-compliant)
Test thoroughly with real Baïkal instances
Add example config: baikal-to-baikal.json

Estimated Effort: Small (1 day - mostly testing)
